Please take a little time to read our Terms & conditions to understand how we function :D
Note: We do not cheat your money as we have a reputation to keep.
1) We operate on a first email first serve basis.
2) All items are brand-new and hand-made, unless otherwise stated.
3) Please do take note that the color of the items you receive may differ slightly due to the variation in the monitor's color resolution.
4) Prices are not inclusive of postage charges.
5) No haggling of prices.
6) Payment email is to be in the format requested.
7) If item is pending, you can still send us your order email. Confirmation email will be given if the item is available for you.
8) All payments are to be done within 24 hours of receiving confirmation email, failure to do so would imply that item is given up to next buyer.
9) Once payment is done, sent us an payment email.
10) Invoices will be sent to buyers upon receiving the payment.
11) Th-Couture will not be liable for lost mails or damaged merchandise caused by Singpost. Registered mails are strongly encouraged at an additional costs.
12) Th-Couture would inform you the postage cost.
13) No trades/refunds/exchange.

Payments:
1) We accept ATM transfer only
2) Email will be sent after we have delivered your goods for normal and registered mails
3) For registered mails, refer to singpost for parcel status
4) For free meet ups, it has to be at our convenience which is at: AngMoKio MRT AND YioChuKang MRT
All mails will be sent out on every Tuesday. (subject to changes)
We reserve the right to amend the Terms & conditions at any time.
